Never thought you could get such a personal aproach from a "big" gym but at fitness first Bayside that's what you get and more. The staff are so friendly and always happy to help you achieve your goals, Facilities are great, equipment great. And of course my trainer is tROOmendous

Great facilities. Bit disappointing that so many classes were taken off over Christmas. Usually has a really good timetable. Good variety of classes. Has a pool which is really good as well.

This gym has everything, pool, gym equipment and really good classes on at times that are better than most gyms in the area. Worth a look!

Bayside is a large gym with lots of equipment. They are going through a refurbishment which will make the gym more modern. The only downside is that they are affiliated with Fitness First and always put up the membership fees.

The gym can get very crowded and hard to use the equipment during peak hours but I go for the fitness classes they run. The instructors are fantastic and professional. Be warned, some are the classes are very popular because of this and you have to get there early or you may miss out on a spot

Very large gym, never usually have to wait for equipment as so much there. Great combination of classes to choose from and a good coffee shop for after a workout.

Large gym with plenty of equipment so no need to wait, clean changing rooms and new tv's to watch when working out. This gym is quite expensive but reception staff are really helpful.

great gym which offers full gym equipment, pool, sauna, stem room, personal training and even a solarium and video shop. this gym is quite expensive but it is a great gym to use and help you get to your goals

I use this gym specifically for the pool - 25m. I swim in the morning but after the work crowd. I usually get a lane to myself (which is great as I swim pretty slowly!....am pregnant). The change room facilities are really good, the usual plus hairdryers, iron. Always clean. There is a great cafe overlooking the pool too.
