FF Hornsby continues to recruit new customers aggressively. However, the gym is completely overcrowded. I can attend at 'off-peak' times, but even then, there is a high chance that I will not be able to get on the (eight different) machines I am trained on. They have 4 cable machines but have not equipped them with all the handles needed. So if you are lucky enough to get a cable machine, you'll be asked every few minutes by someone to borrow the handles you are using, or asking when you'll be finished. It is highly frustrating. Getting on leg press machines is also a matter of total luck.

In the last week, I have had multiple sessions where I could not get on any machines, so I had to limit myself to cardio and free weights... which, frankly, I can do at home.

I have already cancelled the renewal of my FF account and will source another gym that does not just keep ripping off customers.

That said, the staff are as friendly as they can be, given the situation. They can also see what is going on - predatory sales tactics selling a service that is already past capacity, so do their best.

Great club,clean and bright, lots of classes and good equipment.

Its brand new, the equipment is also brand new. They have great facilities which include gym equipment, locker room, change rooms, lavatory, spa room and steam room. For the ladies change room they even have hair dryers, straighteners and ironing boards!
It very clean and kept in great condition and the costumer service is amaing! They also have free classes if your a member for example spin classes and a few others.

The joining fee and membership varies but it can be quite expensive, but totally worth it if you go to the gym often. It is also at a easy access location, easy to find.
