My experience at Fitness First was not good and could be improved on. I wanted to get a bit fitter that I was, and so i joined the gym. There were alot of hidden costs, and I feel that I was treated like a number and not an individual. It became a very expensive thing to be a part of, and I exited this particular gym as a result. The service was friendly, but not attentive to my needs.

Their equipment is very comfortable. Good to have just one year membership agreement with them. The price is a bit expensive but is better than average. That is what I personally think.

This gym is quite good, I have worked out in the cardio area, spin class and pump class. The equipment in the cardio area is up to date and they are always getting new/different machines in. The classes are good value as you don't have to pay any extra money to participate in them.
