Fantastic gym. Everything you need to train and get fit is right there at your fingertips, whether it be yoga, pilates, treadmills or getting a personal trainer this is the gym for you. Very well set up gym and good priced too.

this is a great fintess club if you want variety as there are a lot of classes to choose from and they have a ladies gym which was a nice change so you can work out without all the men. the prices are good also and you dont have to be locked in for a year

I recently joined at Fitness First Southport, with Meg, - one of the sales consultants. If you are contemplating a gym go and see her. She is super friendly and will look after you well. The gym is fantastically new, all new equipment, and great classes with oodles of instructors and P.Ts on the floor to help you if you want it. - Now thats a first! Clean changing areas and great steam room with AWESOME rpm classes. I won a Personal Training session just becasue I was in a class! Great yoga and Core strength classes too. Really friendly staff and patrons. Im loving it! Oh and I joined on a massive promo- I pay $10.00 per week!!!!! And I got 3 Personal Training sessions included!!!
