This review is solely for Nigel, St Kilda's Wednesday evening yoga instructor. Through his practice, mindfulness, strength, and flexibility, he changed my life... I'm so glad I got to meet him! I can't say enough good things about him! Bring your own yoga mats because the ones at St Kilda FF are too small ;)

great gym with all the facilities - pool, yoga and class studio, steam room, sauna etc. the customer service was always spot on, and the classes they offered were at great times and always challenging or well directed as if you were at a private studio. hygeine and facility maintainence let them down with dirty wet areas, barely cleaned steam room and overpriced memberships if you compare it to the competition in the st kilda/balaclava area. still recommended

Best thing I ever did was to join Fitness First on Alma Road. The staff was fantastic. You are a person and not a number. Nothing seems to be too much trouble there. Equipment is great and so are the trainers

no parking .. not very good .. equipment are only so so .. would not go again .. a bit disappointing .. service is bad and value is not worth it .. bad ethiques ..

This gym has no parking!!! You always have to drive around to find a place to park and it's often very far! Also, the staff is not all friendly and the gym not flash for the price. Hated it!
