Great outdoor and social way to get fit - didnt work for me as I was already doing so much other sporting activities, however, the sessions and enthusiastic instructor were motivating adn enjoyable. Keep up the good work.

Have tried the gym thing for while but found it not too motivating, i had heard about boot camp and all that army style training. A friend recommended Fitstyler so i thought it was worth a go.
Well no punisments or shouting but just a great work out that really makes you sweat, very intense but rewarding.
Andrew pushed me hard but not to crazy levels as i haven't exercised for a while.
The team are very encouraging & the benefits are as great as you make them.
It's the best thing i have ever done.
If your not sure, JUST DO IT!!!!
