I just found the ridge tiles were loose as I cleaned the gutter for my property. I called Kev to give me a quote urgently for re bedding and re pointing because the plasterer and painter will start the interior room renovation soon so I do not want have any roof leaking happening again.
Kev did a urgent inspection and sms me the photos with all tiles damage. He gave me a quote with fair price that he will apply a new pointing material is essentially a flexible adhesive (not a cement) to glue the ridge caps to the tiles to form a watertight and flexible seal that will withstand some movement of the roof structure during changes in temperature and humidity. I am very happy with his professional workmanship and expertise so I do recommend this company.

Inspected our roof very quickly after my initial inquiry. Fix Ya Roof has successfully undertaken two roofing jobs for me.

The first involved remortaring and repointing of a medium sized house gable roof, along with repair of skylights and replacement of cracked concrete tiles. The job was completed with no fuss and quality workmanship in a reasonable time.

The second job was a three bedroom house with extensively damaged mortar along ridges and valleys. Kev went above and beyond to ensure the roof was repaired to the highest standard, grinding all mortar and remortaring and repointing the entire roof. Repointing ridge tiles, replacing valleys and chimney surrounds - aged terracotta roof in Elwood. Absolutely first class service from day 1. Kev went out of his way to cover and secure damaged ridge tiles until the work could be done after the Christmas/New Year break. Kev kept me informed all the way and met his time deadlines.
