I had some loose tiles on the roof of a unit I purchased. Kev gave great advice on what was needed and the best time of year to get the work done along with a competitive quote. I just found the ridge tiles were loose as I cleaned the gutter for my property. I called Kev to give me a quote urgently for re bedding and re pointing because the plasterer and painter will start the interior room renovation soon so I do not want have any roof leaking happening again.
Kev did a urgent inspection and sms me the photos with all tiles damage. He gave me a quote with fair price that he will apply a new pointing material is essentially a flexible adhesive (not a cement) to glue the ridge caps to the tiles to form a watertight and flexible seal that will withstand some movement of the roof structure during changes in temperature and humidity. I am very happy with his professional workmanship and expertise so I do recommend this company.
