My Partner and I were looking for Flights to Vietnam. As any person would do I jumped online and emailed 5 travel agents. 4out of the 5 got back to me to the point that one agent was quite happy to hold na airfare for us until we discussed the cost. The 5th Tarvel agent which happened to be flight centre, apauling. I emailed them once again and Its some 3 weeks now and I still have not heard from then. We have since been to another travel Agent booked our flights and accomodation but I am disgusted at least an acknowledgement from them would have been nice. so I say be ware.

This is our local travel agent and we have always been happy with them, no matter which travel agent we get. I feel bad for the staff having such a small store to work in, but they are always so happy and cheerful! Always a well-presented store too.
