Recently bought tickets to fly overseas, and was a simple and easy experience. Staff were very friendly, found me a price I was happy with, the paperwork was dealt with very quickly. I also bought overseas tickets from them 2 years ago and had trouble mid journey with cancelled flights, when I got back to Australia the staff at flight centre filled out the insurance paperwork for me and submitted it and I was repaid within the week.
