Friendly and helpful staff, good communication over phone and email, follow-up process was good, smooth transaction.

When booking our honeymoon, we were advised that if we paid the agreed air-fairs upfront, our trip would be fixed price (despite any change in the Australian dollar). Further to this, a few weeks before our wedding they said that our trip will increase by 40% unless we paid the balance within 3 working days. Upon returning to Melbourne after a business trip, I went straight to the air-port to pay on Friday night and got to the store at 7:00pm on a Friday night and the store was closed. Upon going there the next day, they told me the price was now increased by 40%. Service and the way we were treated was disgraceful and especially considering this was our honeymoon.

As soon as I walked in I was greeted and made to feel welcome. I was then asked questions as to destinations ect and was thouroughly informed with a friendly smile aswell.
