We recently hired a soft serve icecream machine for my daughter's birthday. The party was so much fun. The machine was simple to use and the kids loved adding all their sprinkles on top. Very impressed also with customer service as Rob and his team took time to explain instructions and give any information I required before booking. They were also very flexible with delivery/pick up times. Thankyou so much. I would definitely use Flossnpop again for any future parties.

I am part of a P&C Association for a public primary school and this is the second time we have used Floss & Pop. This time we travelled for 50mins (each way) to actually go visit the store and we walked out very very happy. Robert is a very friendly and welcoming person and he will try to accomodate what ever needs you have. Rob and the team from Floss and Popcorn were great from my initial discussions with them to coming up with the most suitable solution for our events and then of course turn around time for delivery was fantastic. Their input and of course the products made my Family Fun Day events a great succcess. A quote from one of the children at these events "Lollies dispensing from a machine for free, is every kids dream!".

Hired a popcorn machine for our sons birthday and movie night. Kids loved being served popcorn with their cool drink while they sat in their sleeping bags watching movies. Great Value.

Staff were really helpful. The product was good quality, although slightly out of budget for the 2 days. Got plenty of serves, very simple to use and flavour/quality was very good (with fantastic feedback from our customers). They were willing to be flexible with pick up and delivery, and overall a great experience.

Highly recommend Floss & Popcorn for any party needs. We had a short notice party and couldn't have been happier with the price, service and products we hired..It was all so easy.. Great to see customer service is still a priority for some businesses..

This Fairy Floss machine was perfect for a birthday party. Service was really good and the delivery man was really nice. What made it even more special was the fact that it was pink and looked really traditional. Will definately be hiring from you again and will tell others to do the same!
