What a waste of time. Coles needs a better loyalty program,
I have been using Flybuys for 5 years and have got just over 6000 points which buys me a plastic pump. I shopped at Coles at least once to twice a week and used my card. To be honest, it's a waste of time taking it out of my wallet. From now on, I will be doing my shopping at Woolworths where I get rewarded for what I buy.

Absolutely disgusting..I had 75000 points and they closed my account without telling me!!!??? Where are my points???!! And I've called them and they said they " if you dont use your account we will closed it""?? I've been using flybuys for years!! I've never stopped!! They have NO RIGHT to closed it!! Do they think I had a crystal ball to know what they are doing???

Have been a member for many years takes a while to get enough points for rewards but can transfer points to Velocity if I want. Have had a few Gift Cards over time.

Takes way to long to get enough points to be worth anything. Recently though they offered the option to transfer points which I have found to be a better way to use it

every so often i reward myself by cashing my flybuys in.Great way of encouraging people to shop within their services and selected stores.

what a great way to shop whilst earning flybuy points,i usually use mine at coles and Kmart and every so often i cash them in for free shopping.

flybuys is great! you don't need to spend up to a certain amount to earn points. for every dollar you spend you get 1 point which makes you feel like you are rewarded for every single dollar you spend

Love my flybuys card! I make sure I do all my shopping at coles myer stores and am generously rewarded every few months!

Flybys Australia, Coles are great for each customer to get rewards with the flybys system in place. They always have bonus points on everyday products.

I have been with these guys for a couple of years now. I shop at Coles anyway, and I am happy every couple of months to get a little extra money on my card. It does take a while to get points, but I don't go out of my way to get them. My partner also has a card, so it accumulates a little quicker. It costs nothing to join, so why not. You can also save up to buy items if you want to.

Love that flybuys have got the new option of transferring points to money on your card. This is an awesome option as I save up my points and buy stuff for my son.

Flybuys is a loyalty rewards program where points will be added for shopping or using the card at certain companies affiliated with the brand. Whether it be doing your weekly shop at Coles, having your car serviced at Kmart Tyre & Auto or having $10 deducted off your shopping total at Coles for 2000 points.

Recently Flybuys sent an email for any Coles shop over $100 for 20c off fuel. Knowing that I did my weekly shop for $120 and noticed they didn't include the 20c off my docket only the usual 4c off. I emailed Flybuys when I arrived home and they were quick to rectify the problem , allowing my next shop with no minimum spend amount to include the 20c off. So I took my son and bought him a lollipop and true to their word, 20c off voucher was allocated onto my receipt! Now that is service!

Who Doesn't love Flybuys? You get rewarded with points and when you have enough, you can redeem them for shopping discounts, magazine subscriptions etc. Been with them for more then 10yrs ..very happy customer here!

Flybuys is Fantastic! I have been a member since the beginning. I always make sure I have my card with me. Coles always has bonus flybuys on offer, I receive regular emails from them with extra offers and it's great turning your points into flybuys dollars. Also by doing a survey each month on Coles I receive an extra 1,000 bonus points or you can receive $5 off your next shop. Go to tellcoles.com.au, fill out the survey (it takes about 5 minutes) and you can also go into an extra draw each month by filling in your details at the end. Well worth it! I have been watching my points go up very quickly. Have always found the call centre helpful, especially when I have enquired about missing bonus points. They fixed the problem immediately.

Flybuys is definitely amazing. Its the main reason I shop at coles and kmart. Its a great rewards program and I love turning my points in flybuys dollars. I just really wish I would stop losing my card but the call centre people are always more than helpful when reissuing me another one

Who doesn't like fly buys??? I love that I can claim flybuys points as money and just use my flybuys card like an everyday keycard when paying at the counter at coles. It doesn't take that long to earn enough points to claim that either. I usually claim as soon as I have enough just for the $10 reward, even if I don't spend it straight away the next time I claim ill have $20 sitting in there! Cant complain about that can I?

I LOVE FLYBUYS!!! It's pretty much free money when you think of it. I love the fact that coles always have bonus deals with them to earn more point and I love how some of the deals that are sent to me are in regards to increasing the amount on petrol vouchers. Its all automatic for me now, they don't even have to ask me for my card as I have it out already. If you don't have one, I would suggest getting one!

Love flybuys .. Have been using it for years great loyalty problem with 2500 point you are able to transfer 10$ into flybuy money that you are able to use at your local flybuys perticapting store. Eg. Coles..

Flybys is an awesome loyalty program for people who love to fly. my wife and i get enough points with flying and by shopping for products that give us bonus points. we had enough points to visit relatives in tasmania for free last month. great program

I always use my fly buys and have got lots of points manly from target but I have had a few problems with my card due to points disappearing lucky this has been fixed

i always use flybuys and have got so many points from Kmart and close but its seems like you need to waste so much money to get the points for something yo can can on your own, but still its points that you get rewarded so its okay

It's a great reward program. I like how I can redeem my points for gift vouchers. It so easy to accumulate the points just by using my card when I do my grocery shopping.

We love our flybuys! As frequent travellers, it's always nice to find we have enough points to get free fares. Coles and Kmart are the major places we get our points from, and it's amazing how quickly they add up just from buying groceries and things the family need. My card it next to my credit cards/debit cards in my wallet so I don't even have to THINK about using it, it's just habit.

One of the best rewards programs out there. Earning points on medibank, AGL and groceries and fuel. You arent going out of your way to earn the points, it's all just a part of your weekly shopping and spending routines. Have had many rewards from them, anyone who isn't a member should definitely join.

This is such a good rewards service always helps me out at Christmas as I save my points and use them for fly dollars and the use of your card instead of sending gift cards out is so easy and instant so win win

Great rewards system & when you call the hotline they are always very helpful & polite. Points are easy to redeem & collection is from many stores. Cards are replaced in a timely fashion & you can have many people on one account helping you gain points & rewards heaps faster! Flybuys has been around so long now that 9/10 people will have a flybuys card or have had one at one point.

I have had great service with this flybuys you swipe your card everyone you shop at participating stores. And you get rewarded you can save your points for smalle things or big things like holidays I havnt claimed anything yet because I'm saving for a holiday

It is always a good feeling when you spend money and you know you will be rewarded somehow, i love flybuys for that reason! I have not yet redeemed any prizes with my points but it is always a good way when you are saving them!
