Focus is a fantastic gym located on Carrick Drive, Tullamarine. They have excellent equipment ranging from machines for weight training to a variety of cardio equipment as well as a range of benches and free weights. It has all been recently updated and equipment is all brand new. In addition, the provide a range of classes which is fantastic. The only criticism I have is the price. As it does not have a pool or anything like that, it's hard to justify the price as I've found other gyms which have same equipment plus pool facilities are the same price or even a little cheaper.
