I cannot say enough good things about Four Points By Sheraton! The hotel is located in Darling Harbour. The location cannot be beat - it's a short walk to transportation, shopping, and food. It's also across the street from a 24/7 corner shop.

I stayed here with my wife and the cheapest room we found was $350.00. Not the cheapest but also not the most expensive. I feel this is a "treat" type of hotel for our budget, not something we would stay in all the time.

Our room had 2 beds and a big window overlooking the street. Everything was newly refurnished and clean-looking. The tv was new, and the air conditioning worked so nice in the hot summer afternoon. In the morning you get a free newspaper, and local area guides can be grabbed from the front desk staff.

The bed was very comfy and I believe the pillows were feather. I loved the blankets and sheets also. The hotel itself wasn't too loud, considering it's in Sydney right next to a busy harbour.

This place rocks! Been here twice now and I love it. So worth the big bucks cause the view is awesome! I have to say the service is top notch and they are very friendly and professional here. Its lovely and grand inside and as I said last time,the food! Hello can you find me under the bacon table???

Had been there once before coming to sydney.loved the room as it was clen and the room service because they are always ready to listen to the customer and satisy thier needs.everything inside the room was clean and fresh and highly recommended to all my friends and family.loved the breakfast because it was delicious.

We were given a non smoking room however the stench of stale smoke was very present in our room but after contacting reception they popped a machine in our room to clean the air whilst we were out enjoying ourselves on the harbour. the view from the room was just magical especially at night..... I didn't want to close the curtains to sleep it seemed to good to be true
Breakfast was absolutely divine and staff were just lovely. So great to see that customer service is still out there :) and very present at this establishment!!!

You get what you pay for here. I took my partner for her Birthday in June 2012. I booked the Maritime room for 350 for he night. It was a bit smaller than I expected but it was an awesome view with a wrap around balcony on Darling Harbour! Id booked a assage lady to meet us and the only disappointment was that the room wasnt ready when I booked it. It also included breakfast, buffet style, yum! Much better than your average citigate etc. I would go back here again the place s beautifuly appointed and the staff are lovely.

A wonderful stay, minutes from the heart of Darling Harbour and some of the most exciting sights in Sydney, great restaurants and paramount shopping. Really loved it, service was amazing, super friendly, the absolute perfect place to sleep off your jetlag after a long flight, brilliant.

Just had a massage at the beauty salon and it was amazing.. good pressure was applied and i walked away feeling very relaxed.. will def go back

I travel to Sydney for work every 3 to 4 weeks, and used to try different hotels each time using wotif and lastminute until about 5 years ago. The first time I stayed at the Four Points by Sheraton I had a Harbour view room with a king size bed. Tony, the porter was helpful in organizing my bags, and check in was prompt and courteous.

The room was clean and well appointed. I ordered a fruit salad for breakfast on the breakfast menu that hangs off of door. When morning arrived, the lady who brought my breakfast said "I hope you don't mind sir, wew noticed that you had ordered the fruit salad only -- and have changed your order to the ala cart menu, as the serving is a little larger and costs less". So, basically, while I was sleeping the staff were thinking about how to make my experience better!

In every stay since -- I have been constantly impressed by their culture if excellent service. Peter, Gary and Amber on concierge are constantly there to help and go above and beyond. Tony, and Johnsan always greet with a smile that makes you feel like you are coming home.

I have stayed in many hotels around the world -- and there are many more expensive with nicer facilities and even views (although the view is pretty impressive) ... But these guys do great service!
