I watch foxtel mostly at my boyfriends house. I love all the comedy channel's however some of the shows play alot of repeats. The movie channel is also good, but it sucks that you have to pay for that.
I love the CI channel, nat geo, discovery, animal planet and the kids love the cartoons. There is definitely something for everyone here and having the IQ box makes it easier to record shows when you cant watch them.

it is the best product to keep the kids from fighting over the tv and having the iq to tape all the programs saves alot of arguments. THere are plans for all different budgets so everyone can afford it

service on installation takes too long.. i had a need of a call and they take at least 3 days to attend.. in fact I still do not get CNBC on the tv and I have just resigned myself to the fact that I cant get it.. They just seem short on servicemen due to the waiting time.

We connected with Foxtel and after 3 months deceided it was boring and repetitive. We tried 30 seperate phone calls to Foxtel to get a disconnection, and still to this day (28 Juine 2008) have NOT had the top set box collected, as per they instruction. They are always busy, and their recording states that you (The customer) has to call them back!! Unless of course you are upgrading your package (More money direct to them)......the worst experience with the worst organisation!!

Very poor customer service. Long telephone waiting times and operators who do not know what they are doing. Poor and unclear advertising. I am tired of repeat programs and too many advertisements on their channels.

I have had foxtel for 5 months now and am glad that i am not in a contract, I am disconnecting next month as I think the value is not that great and they just repeat the same shows all the time
