I recently purchased a 30 year old car and took it to Franks. They were brilliant. They pointed out what needed to be done and what work could be put off till later. I was informed at all times at what was happening and quoted prices on repairs. I got to meet the mechanic and discuss my car. Some difficult electrical problems and sourcing parts were no problem. I would recommend Franks Auto business to anyone who wantts quality work done and value for money.

Great service from all staff at Franks. Serviced my car to the book and at a very reasonable price as i shopped around to get cheapest price. Very happy and will be back :) Highly recommended.

I had my car serviced at franks auto and was very impressed with their service They conducted a safety check on my car while it was there and advised me there were no other issues This gave me peace of mind Last week my husband had to take his car there for mechanical repairs The service was prompt and the cost was reasonable The owner took the time to explain to him what was needed to be done They also checked to see if any globes needed replacing whilst the car was there I will certainly be recommending franks auto to anyone needing any electrical or mechanical work done to their car We are very impressed with their service and friendly staff

Disappointed, they charge to look at your car, waited all day for the phone call for price. They had the car all day, time came, when I had to pick car up without word from them, and found I was charged $90 the quote was nearly $1000 and what little they did do didn't fix it properly. The staff member was friendly that is my only positive comment.

nice staff on the desk , all downhill from there . Supposed to find the problem and then give a quote to fix. Didn't find the problem , just said replace everything and charged for that advice. no specifics. took home and found the simple problem myself and fixed . No refund forthcoming , don't go there !
