An unusual gym, unlike all the other large roomed sterile gyms, this is a more comfortable, homely environment. Completely unintimidating. The prices are very reasonable, the equipment and classes are varied. The only downside can be that some classes are very busy, but that it because they are so good!

You are right - very different to other gyms in Noosa, but yes the Classes can get very busy!
