A consultant from this business called me, selling travel vouchers that were exchangeable for one nights accommodation at certain hotels in Australia and NZ. I constantly asked if there was a catch, and they said no there was not. After being on the phone for 40 minutes and almost making an order, I was then told that the offer was valid if I ate 2 meals per day at each hotel. This frustrated me and I complained to management. they in turn told me I was a liar, and that enough time was allocated to a person who was not buying anything. they were rude, arrogant, and just overall terrible.
