Danger deceitful and abusive, stay away from this place. I booked in to have a scan tool put on my car. Since its an hour drive, I spoke to French car care and was told that they could do it straight away and I could wait an hour to get the results. I arrived at French Car Care to be told that they are busy and I would have to leave the car there. The bloke behind the counter said he would get the owner to speak to me. He would not speak to me and was told to leave the car. When I directed to the owner that I was told that it would take an hour, that I had drove 55 minutes to get there and I have no way to get home, he told me that he doesn't care and its not his problem. I got upset and and his was waving his arm at me and repeatedly telling me t F___ off. Great way to treat your customers. I then spoke to other repairers and was told they will not deal with him.

This is not a friendly or good business. They might do alright work most of the time but watch out if they do the wrong thing. They will fight you every step of the way rather than do the right thing. Keep all receipt. Keep very good notes. Record conversations if you have to.

I had them repair my air conditioning. It broke within a year because they failed to do it properly in the first place. Rather than fix it they tried to extort me for more money. They then got aggressive when I refused to pay and said I would take my car elsewhere.

I was taking my car elsewhere for servicing anyway because I was sure that all they were doing was changing the oil and not performing any inspections. They have always been rude.

I cannot recommend this business.
