Have used Frerker's twice and have found them to be excellent - communication and quality of work, and they are extremely cost competitive. One job they did one side paling fence, and the other job was for side and rear paling fence. Would not hesitate to use again.

Paling Fence at the side of my house. These guys quoted for a paling fence. They were the cheapest, but wanted a deposit. I didn't mind as i figured this would lock them in too. I was wrong. The guy they sent to do the job was a contractor so they tell me they have no control over his workmanship. They tell me he no longer works for them. I see other people have been told the same story. My job was done over a year ago and I still haven't been able to get them to fix the basic mistakes and bad work. They lie to you on the phone and if you ask for the boss they are always unavailable. I've had 2 other fences built by another company since and both are 100 times better than this one. Do not under any circumstances use these people

I wish I had seen this comment before contacting Frerker's Outdoor Dismal Service. I have been waiting 6 months for them to do their job. I have never received any professional contact from them only bizarre messages left on my answering maching including a death threat. My situation is complicated by the fact that Perpetual Trustees are involved. I have made a formal complaint to Consumer Affairs Victoria and await for the Trustees to take action. Last week I had half a fence erected which does not even meet the adjoining side fence. The ColorBond was scratched prior to being erected. UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCE use this company. There is no common sense available from them!
We had some foilage removed and a new pailing fence erected. Unfortunately the job took 4 months and is still not complete as per the quotation. Our neighbour is also unhappy as she ordered a picket gate like the last one and received a pailing gate.
