Dale's service quality has no equal in professionalism and promising or creditability. That makes me trust their products because tons of shops sell organics but not every one of them treat their clients like their own family members like Dale.

I have never found a store that sells everything, all completely organic before Farm Fresh Organics. I love the convenience of ordering all my groceries from one place. I can eat 100% organic every single day with the fresh meat, produce, dairy, deli and pantry products.

It's not just the produce which is much better than the organic sections at Coles and Woolworths. I can get everything, including 100% organic pastries (the blueberry pastry is unreal) and the most delicious ham and bacon. I also love the tortillas, which I turn into taco shells. There is no meal that I haven't been able to make because of Farm Fresh Organics not stocking the ingredients. I can even have my sauces completely organic. (I mix the sriracha and mayo for my tacos)

The customer service is so outstanding, and something I didn't think was possible anymore. Everything is outstanding. I love supporting the business as well as the suppliers. Opening my package is so exciting!

The food is absolutely beautiful. Your farmers, bakers and butchers do an amazing job. The eggs are the best we have ever tasted. The beef well I drool just thinking about. We appreciate them and you for supplying us with some damn fine food.

Farm Fresh Organics were quick to communicate. The produce arrived in a soft esky with bottled water used as the ice-packs. Everything was fresh as promised. The goat sausages are delicious!

Delivers what I need, and they promised. In my 69 years, I have never before left a review, but this first delivery has been perfect in every respect, so I had to applaud them. Thank you.

I ordered a rolled turkey breast for Christmas and I cannot fault the communication, delivery and product. Flew the bird up to North Queensland with me and cooked in a steam oven on Magnetic Island. It was the best tasting turkey meat we have ever eaten! Thank you and I will be buying again! Helen

Very disappointed when we received our invoice only to find out that we had been charged almost $50 more than we had ordered/received (this was without 4 high priced items that they could not supply to us). There are hidden costs that they only have available on a whole other page. We were charged for a 3rd box, that had 3 things in it, it was tiny and easily could have fit in the other 2 massive boxes, with plenty of room to spare. They charge extra for veg/fruit and meat weight variance (we paid an extra $15 or so on weight varience alone), they charge extra for their packaging, extra for a 3rd box and Delivery. All of these charges arent available at point of order, it adds shipping and produce prices as you create your order, but then does not immediately state nor warn of the extra charges (dont expect them to mention it over the phone either). The owners were kind enough to refund back only $15 dollars, as they mentioned their is a page that lists these extra charges (ofcourse we are grateful we got anything back, as we are a small family living on only one income). Quality of our order has been great so far though which is why we are rating at 3, other than the bananas were all bruised and battered. Despite this we are happy with our order overall, but just beware of the Hidden Charges that your order will incur, especially if you live on a tight budget. It might be worth specifically asking about this, as it seems to be quite hush, even when creating your first order (usually this is information you would recieve freely and out of courtesy on your first order). Budget for an extra $40-$50 at the very least.

I got my first box and WOW!! I have not had fruit and veggies this fresh and tasty since my grandpa had his own veggie patch and fruit trees!! Dale is so lovely, and I even received a little love note in my box which made my experience with Farm Fresh Organics super special! Thank you so much for our beautiful fresh produce. My kale was HUGE as was the silverbeet. I'd love to know their growing secret!! OMG the apples are delicious just like I remember getting them off the tree as a kid. I'm in veggie heaven.

Delivery was on time and happy to read that you recycle the Styrofoam boxes. Would highly recommend your service to others and lovely to be able to support local farmers and businesses. Great job guys

I love Farm Fresh. I have ordered 3 or 4 times now. Delivered to my door. Amazing fresh fruit and vegies. Plus, there meat products are outstanding. I will never buy from the big supper markets again.

Love the customer service, the quality and the variety of the products available. Finding locally and organic food sourced or grown from regenerative agriculture is important for our familly. Love the fact you can procure everything you need (we're busy familly) from the online portal. They recover the boxes to minimise waste. We already offsets our transport emission but appreciate they offer the option as well.

Great quality of produce their eggs are just the best you can buy! My dogs love the pet mince (in fact, turn their nose up at other meaty additions to their dry food!) Service is very reliable and on the (very rare) occasions there is a an error with the order, it is very promptly resolved. Best organic 'veggie' box provider I've ever used

We've been using Farm Fresh Organics for over 5 years now. The produce is always fresh, the service excellent, and the prices so reasonable. Love them!
We used another company for a brief period, and realized quickly that although they were slightly cheaper, the produce wilted easily, the packaging wasn't cold (not in an esky) and left in a cardboard box on my front door in the summer heat, and the variety/options not good.
I was so glad to get back to my trusty Farm Fresh Organics.
These guys are always going the extra mile. Thank you Farm Fresh Organics.

The produce is amazing, I order fortnightly and most of the fruit and veges last the whole two weeks. There is also so much more than just fruit and vege! Love getting my dairy and fresh bread also!

Have a look at their website for a start. Get to know who grows your food! Minimum packaging available to deliver the freshest nutrient rich organic fruit and vegetables grown with love and commitment to chemical free farming. Money-wise it is not the cheapest food available, but for optimum health and care of our environment it's the way to go!

Just received my first order from Fresh Organics and the quality, quantity, packaging and service was fantastic! Having recently been diagnosed with Lymphoma Cancer finding a reliable supplier of all things organic is great.

So impressed with the prices, service, packaging and food. oh my gosh its awesome we've just moved from sydney and i was stressing as i did not know the go to's here.In sydney i had to shop at several places and you have alot i need in the one place. Customer service is great, I did not feel pressured or rushed. Delivery was great and friendly, i know that might sound weird but i usually get one or the other here, I wish I ordered more. I loved the effort of hand written notes, you can tell there is passion involved. I went in with the intentions of just getting basics as I expected it would be just produce and got the chance to stock up and get things I thought I'd have to search around for. Just wanted to say what an awesome thing these guys are doing - working round the clock to continue to deliver beautiful fresh local organic food to my door!
