Extremely unhappy.

- Created Account
- Account activated
- Placed an order
- Order confirmed with invoice
- Shipping invoice arrived
- No Australia Post tracking number; "THIRDPARTYEXPRESSCOURIER" in it's place
- No confirmation from Australia Post
- Live Chat on the Friller website no longer active.
- Their "Contact Us" page now has NO other method of contacting them.
- Email address provided in the previous correspondence, and in the invoices cannot receive emails.
- Their Facebook page does not allow messaging
- Nor does their instagram
- Did not respond to twitter messages
- Found a 'support' email here. Sent request for Australia Post tracking number.
- No response.
- Resent email.
- No response.
- Attempted to log into their website, which is now very different.
- Suddenly I don't have an account.

Edit 1:
- Their 'someone has purchased' popup is repeating the same thing every time.

Edit 2: they seem to have reverted their website back to what it was, and I can log in again, but still no way of contacting them (that they have responded to). 7 days since order placed.

Edit 3: 9 days since order. Still no response from them and no sign of my package. Their website has changed AGAIN. STILL no functional contact page. Account is back to not existing. They have posted to their Facebook. Also their Facebook posts about their Warehouse moving have been removed.

Edit 4: 15 days since order. Still no response, though their Facebook has had a bunch of activity. Their website still has many broken features around customer support and FAQ. Their "someone has purchased" popups are back, they 'fixed' the location, but it's cycling through the same handful of products, and happens every 15 seconds like clockwork.

Edit 5: still heard nothing and not received my order. They reported this review for being accusatory. I've reported them and am working with my bank to have my funds returned.

Edit 6: A total of 46 days after placing my order (43 days since I received any communication from them), I received a surprise delivery. My product finally arrived. Product is fully functional, undamaged and exactly what I ordered.

My advice to potential customers: be very cautious, and be prepared to just wait in silence for your product to unexpectedly arrive one day, if at all.

My advice to Friller: If a delivery is going to take longer than your ridiculously optimistic estimate, be upfront and honest about it. Saying nothing is MUCH worse than saying 'we're sorry, there has been a delay, your product has an expected delay of ___'. Also probably fix your website.
Comments like "All Friller shipments are always tracked, but you might not receive a tracking number with certain shipments so *please do not ask if you don’t receive one*. Your item is on its way and tracked." are MAJOR red flags that point towards misconduct and/or malpractice.
