I love the matcha flavoured baked goods here. The matcha flavour is always intense, just how I like it. On my most recent visit I tried a soft baguette with matcha cream in the middle.
It's more like a soft, fluffy milk bread. The cream was rather hard from being in the fridge. I think this would have tasted heavenly if heated up til the cream got soft and gooey, but I didn't have the option as I was on the go. Nonetheless, I still really enjoyed it.

my fave place to buy bread..... love their bread .... always have hard tome choosing which one to buy whenever i come here to shop. one of my fave bun is the green tea bun. their bun always smell so nice and soft. and they are not expensive too.....

Love the bread here! Very delicious for reasonable price! Like the green tea red bean bun and taro bun here, Nice filling, the sweetness is just right and very yummy! The staff is very polite and nice as well!

if you're like me & love a cheap yet yummy feed, stop by at Fuji Pan for some yummy Japanese baked delights!
I was on my trek back to Central station from Queen Victoria Building, when i came across this Japanese Bakery. I couldn't resist, even though I'd just had a filling lunch at son of Tuysuz! ;) i bought a melon pan for $1.60 [cheapcheap!!], stored it in my bag until i wasn't feeling so full, then i munched away at its fragrant yumminess =)

Fuji Pan and Fujiya restuarant are under the same management, just that Fuji Pan is a bakery. The breads at Fuji Pan are always fresh and delicious. My favourite is the Hokkaido Pan (costs $2.20 each) which is always sold out. The staff are very efficient too.
