What is going on? Everything seems to have changed since my last review. Firstly the staff were so unprofessional, smoking a cigarette seemed more important than tending to the customers. It took forever before our order was taken, then the coffee arrived cold and our mains arrived before our entrees. When we asked about our entrees, she replied, OOPS! I forgot! What? Will never return.

Needed somewhere for a quick business lunch and found this place to be the go.

Pleasant atmosphere, attentive staff and fabulous tasting food. Our meals were well presented and even enjoyed a flass of wine each. Menu was varied and thought everything was reasonably priced.

Will be returning for our next "quick" business lunch. Definitely recommend.

Had a degustation here, was amazing! The staff member who presented the food was so lovely, and kept us entertained. The food was exciting and matched wines were lovely. Definately coming back.

Decided to try this restaurant as we had driven past a few times and it always looked busy, which is a good sign.

Flavoursome food is what you will find here, my husband and I tried a variety of things included spicy chicken wings, different sliders - really liked the pulled pork sliders. Fabulous wine and beer, excellent prompt service, what more could you ask for.

Will be returning with a group of friends next time as we really enjoyed ourselves.

Approximate cost: $40

I am glad others have tried Fuze after my initial review. Check out websites like Groupon etc for deals. I recently had a 7 course degustation, will be returning for a 5 course and recently picked up 6 sliders and cider for $19.

Decided to take my girlfriend here over the weekend after reading a previous review. We decided to share a few smaller meals rather than a main meal each so that we could try some different things as there was so much to choose from.
The Pork Belly and Chicken sliders were great as well as the wedges with sour cream and of course the spicy jam, my girlfriend especially liked the wedges. Also tried their spicy chicken wings. The Chocolate Taco Dessert was delicious. We really enjoyed our food and have to say the staff were very attentive and our meals were served promptly. Friendly service with a smile. Will be returning.
All meals are very reasonably priced and to top it off, such a great view.

Approximate cost: $30

We had lunch here on Sunday and it was delicious. It's predominantly tapas style although there are a few a la carte choices. The tapas selection is great, and between the 2 of us we tried a number of dishes including the pork belly, beef rib slider, scallops, pate and fish and chip spring rolls - all of which were scrummy. Had a jug of Pimms for $14 - bargain, even though it was a carafe not a jug, but since they put all the fruit and ice in the glass, it was really good value. The service from 2 of the girls in particular was exceptional. It's easy to get carried away with these "little portions" so can cost more than a usual lunch however would highly recommend. My husband and I didn't like that the alfresco area was taken up with smokers so had to sit inside.

Approximate cost: $120 total

This little restaurant was recommended to us by our son. We were pleasantly surprised with the food and will certainly return - soon. It has wonderful views over the ocean and has alfresco and restaurant dining. The atmosphere is very pleasant. But the food is a tantalising delight. We started with mini burgers (chicken and beef), followed by pork belly with wedges with sour cream and spicy jam. Our drinks were apple cider with ginger. Service is excellent and though a little slow it was no problem as it gave us time to relax and look forward to the next food sampling. My only complaint is the smoke wafting into the restaurant from the smokers in the alfresco area. Rather than linger a little longer we made our exit.
December 2014 - pick up on-line vouchers when available.

Approximate cost: $40 total
