My Experience with GA Perry, they are not interested in customer service or ensuring supplied and installed equipment will last longer than 5 years.
If they did I wouldn't be writing this review. I received very poor communication and below standard customer service.
GA Perry upgraded my Granny flats main electric meter with a Socomec Digital 3 phase meter in 2016. The digital screen on the meter is now failing and soon will be unable to be read.( my last meter was at least 20 years old)
I dealt with Tania who refused let let me speak to a manager about this and told me I had to deal with the supplier of the meter even though they supplied the meter!!!! I trusted their choice of equipment ,thinking if anything went wrong I would be looked after. Wrong!!
Through out this continuing ordeal no one has offered to view the faulty meter. The Manager has not contacted me.
GA Perry has not been forthcoming in offering a practical solution in resolving this except take the easy way out!!
Electrical house meters should last longer than 5 years I'm not happy with how I have been treated!!

Have come out to my property twice in the last few years for separate plumbing issues. They have always been quick to resolve issues and do the job quickly (costs less!) same day service for this company as they have a lot of staff. Will recommend to family and friends for professional service.

I had a blocked kitchen sink and needed a new bathroom exhaust fan installed. The sink blockage was larger than I thought and required a special machine that they were able to bring to my house with another plumber the next day!! I was impressed with how diligently both the plumbers and the electrician worked and their professionalism was great, would definitely have them again for any future work - Thanks!!

Rewiring of the house, new switchboard, main earth, new h/w smoke alarm, 3 new power points, re-wire light cable in roof space. Installation of new dual fuel stove. All check OK. Additional unexpected major plumbing problems.

Plumber to fix taps and toilets. The plumber was great and has actually fixed the toilet this time it seems. Not like other plumbers who have put a bandaide on it. Great Job

Gas bayonet fitted. The guy that came to do the quote was pleasant and seemed to know what he was talking about (he turned up for a start, unlike all the other plumbers I called). The quote was reasonable $680, compared to $2300 I had been quoted for the exact same job. When I rang to confirm that I'd like to go ahead, the office people called me back right away and were really polite and pleasant. They sent a tradesman out to do the job that day! unbelievable and he turned up on time. He was professional and meticulous. One of the air vents was ever so slightly non-flush with the ceiling and he persisted until it was perfect. He was very polite and kept me informed of what he was doing and needed to do. He even wore those covers over his shoes when he came into the house. It's a sign of the times when we feel grateful for someone responding to your call, returning your call, turning up on time and doing a good, professional job. Thanks.

They were on time and that was really about it from there. The electrician was new and the only thing they had shown him how to do is charge! I am not sure if the fact they are punctual out ways the cost for installing a bathroom heater!

last week my hot water system has gone out and i called GA perrys on my friend's recommendation. they are on time. most importantly they did everything themselves and i didn't worry about anything. the cost is also low and are so genuine.
