Incredible Greek smallgoods, I can spend hours browsing there and buying crazy amounts of things like nuts and spices. I love to buy a loaf of bread, some deli meats, Greek cheeses and dips and have a picnic in the parklands right near the store.

Gaganis Brothers have been around for a long time and I love to shop there. I spent $500 dollars once and didn't even care because for that amount I bought heaps of local and international products that were high quality.

I managed to spend $200, without drawing breath.... and I don't like spending money! I bought an oil fusti to store flour in. You can't get anything like that in so-called kitchen stores. You can get extra large pots for catering or pickling, extra large bulk tins of oil, bulk flours, bulk cleaning products, catering size tins. This is a go-to place if you have lots of kids, or lots of hungry relatives!
I really loved the old fashioned supermarket checkout conveyors and the well used wooden dividers, instead of plastic garbage...a blast from the past!
My only issue was that they didn't have much organic stuff. I'm going again, to buy bulk supplies for the office Christmas party - so cheap!
I finally found a place that sells proper za'atar; I can totally feed my addiction. I bought a caterer's bundle of paper towels that was so cheap, I can let my husband use them.
Go there, go there!

Gaganis Bros is a great place to get your basic and more unusual staples. There are great herbs and spices, kitchen utensils, and flours, rices, and beans. Even when you just drop in you walk out with a full trolley!

Gaganis has everything! Huge variety of products, they sell, small goods, kitchenware's, olive oil, coffee, nuts, lentils, fresh bread, Greek style BBQ's. Its not the prettiest looking shop, it is a large warehouse. Some of my favorites are tarama olive dip, saganaki cheese, kalamata olives, loukaniko saussages and the large buckets of Haloumi cheese Cyprot style with lots of mint. Service is excellent. Definitely worth a try. If you do not live nearby foodland stores stock a range of their products too.

Great little food treats to be found here. I never leave without a few bags of food even if I have just come here for one or two items. Great selection of nuts and dried fruit and way too many new things to try. They also sell a great range of products for preserving even down to the jars to store it all in. Worth a look if you are a foodie.

If there isn't something at Gaganis, truth is, its not worth selling! They have a little bit or a LOT of everything. We used them for our engagement party, ordering a stack of yiros wraps. They were fresh to the extent they were still warm when I collected them, and at half the price of the supermarket, I was stoked!

Everyone who lives in this area of Adelaide should experience Gaganis. Take your time to stroll around this treasure trove of European delicacies, strange looking meats, homewares, pantry staples, household goods... I find something new every visit. If you're after 1 kg of chicken salt, massive bags of dry ingredients, cheap natural yogurt and olive oil, this is the place to come. No frills, some unique smells, but great value

Gaganis is second to none when it comes to spices, cooking utensils and ingredients, cheeses, deli meats, continental products, bulk dried goods, grains and pulses it is sensational and very well priced - open weekends too!!
