Never ever under any circumstance purchase a car from cricks @CrickAutoGroup
They will rip you off at any opportunity. Very disappointing for such a large well known company

Hi My experience with them (Service Department) has been very disappointing to say the least. We bought a Dodge Nitro from them and have been having it serviced there for the last 3.5 years. We live on the South Side of Brisbane and they are about 2 hour drive for us. Our experience in the last 2.5 years has been satisfactory. But in the last few trips, the quality of service has deteriorated massively. When my last service was due, we were confirmed a booking via SMS. We called to ensure that they had everything required for the service as we had once been told that they would contact us once all parts (spark plugs etc) were in stock. They confirmed via phone that all the parts were available. So my wife and I took the day off from work (as it had to be done during the working week) and drove to Noosa. After the service, when we arrived to pick up the car, we were told that they didnt have the necessary spark plugs in stock and thus the service was incomplete. Also, another warrant repair issue was pending a fix since the prior service and this also wasnt done as they didnt have the part for it either. I was very disappointed in the fact that they told me that all necessary parts were in stock when this wasnt the case. No apologies were made but a promise that a new date will be set via SMS notification when all outstanding parts were in stock. A few weeks later we were sent another SMS saying they were ready for us to bring in our car to fix the outstanding issues. It was insisted that it had to be during the week, so we took another day off from work and drove to Noosa. Once again, we found another surprise. Apparently (this is what was told to me by the manageent) they were sent a wrong part by Dodge Nitro. I questioned them about the purpose of the part number. Explained to me that multiple parts had the same part number. I found this had to believe but either way we had yet another wasted trip. Part numbers are used to uniquely identify part. They promised another date and have now sent us a 3rd SMS. We can no longer trust them and have lost all faith in the Service Department. I expressed my dis-satisfaction on their open Facebook page. The management responded and promised to look into it . A staff was allocated to the case to make sure our problems were addressed appropriately. The staff contacted me once on Facebook saying was handling the matter and then was never to be heard from again. The Facebook page has now been closed such that I cannot express my unhappy customer experience on their page anymore. They have not contacted us despite me having tried to contact them. We are still waiting and it has been over 4 months now (December 2012). I will let you draw your own conclusions about how good they are. The sad part is that at no stage were they prepared to accept error on their part and no attempt was made to ensure a happy customer experience prevailed. And all this despite the Management being aware of the problem and personally promising to ensure I would be a happy customer at the end of the journey.. Ashwin
