Rang Nick, the new manager on Tuesday, and an appointment was made for Thursday.
Work involved was removal of a ceiling fan, and replace it with one I had purchased, rewire switches, and block old 2 way switch no longer needed. The Electrician and his apprentice turned up early, and cleaned up everything when they had finished. I've had this company do work for me several times now, and they are my permanent electricians!

Approximate cost: $220

Replaced a couple of faulty downlights and a smoke detector.

We had a bit of a shopping list of things that we needed an electrician to do - install a chandelier, replace and relocate a ceiling fan, replace spotlights. Our experience with tradespeople had not always been positive, so GBE sounded like a breath of fresh air when we heard their radio advertisement. I'm pleased to say that we weren't disappointed, on the contrary, we were wowed by the experience. From my first phone call, to Jared coming out to do a quote, to the day of the work being carried out, Jared and his team have proven to be very reliable, professional and pleasant to deal with. They were very mindful of protecting our furniture and leaving the place as they'd found it. There were a couple of challenges due to location and direction of joists, but nothing was too much trouble for Jared and his team. I'd have no hesitation in using GBE again and will always turn to them first when needing more work done in the future.

We have been in business for a very long time and one of the things we really dread is dealing with tradesmen. When l heard GBE electrical promoted on the radio they sounded too good to be true. I rang and spoke to Jarrod, shortly after he came to my houe, within 24-48 hrs l had a quote. Booked the job in and the team came the very next week!! Not only was GBE competitvley priced, their service is second to one. Nothing was a problem for them (even though the place l was getting my lights from were highly unorgansied). They respected the furniture, the house, wore gloves and even cleaned up after themselves!! From now and on these guys are my permanent electricians and will do all jobs for us. I have already sent an email through to our affilated business partners and handed out 4 of their business cards.

GBE have been the only electricians I've used, since I've owned a house (5yrs). The reason is they are excellent tradespeople. They partially re-wired our original place plus put in safety switches, and did all the wiring for our extension.

Most recent job was the installation of a timer switch for a heated towel rail, re-wiring & re-positioning a light switch, and putting in a new p.point. As usual, a thorough & professional job. One of the few trade companies we've used who properly clean up after themselves - a nice touch.

I had a tricky downlight changed and also got an external powerpoint installed. I needed to get an electrician in and found GBE via Womow.
They were easy to deal with, from booking to turning up on the day. Efficient friendly service. Gavin had just sold the business but it seemed to be running well, barring getting the invoice out to me a few weeks later as they were implementing a new billing system.

Had my house rewired last year, and had some extra work done this week.
Excellent tradesmen, punctual, tidy, friendly. The pricing is ok too!
Would recommend Gavin and the boys to anyone.
