This gym is great the equipment is great and still looks good they have everything you could ask for in one place, swimming school for the little one while mom can get her training on and best of all is the way how every one is so helpful there amazing vibe the one lady her name is Jenny is my hero her body is amazing good things to come for me

I have been a member of Genesis close to 10 yrs, and a member at Genesis Wantirna for close to six years. I always maintained my membership as I believed the managers looked after their patrons well, particularly those who were on-going like myself. Recently i was offered to extend my membership through special "existing members" deals yet the payment arrangemements were on their terms only - not accommodating what was easier for me regardless of my effort to explain what acheivable over past years. Instead their reasoning is related to issues from previous patrons.
I stated I was disappointed that they weren't looking after a long-term existing member with a good track record. This is not in any way a "win-win" situation.
I asked why I should suffer the consequences of another persons irresponsible behaviour when I've always met my side of the agreement? To which the new manager was unwilling to consider my individual circumstances and my committment to the one gym for several years.
She had stated she had chosen to not support another member with a similar query which indicates how she does not know how to care for so-called "valued members" - a reference that is stated in their letters and texts.
Additional to this concern is the neglect of their sauna - to which the seats and walls are notably rotting and somewhat flimsy which numerous patrons have commented on. It is clear they have not been maintained with oils nor replaced over time to indicate repairs have been made. I had left a comments note over 12 months ago to look into the state of their sauna walls and seats as it could become an OHS issue if left unattended - e.g. potential respiratory issues and risk of collapse etc. And sad to say it still has not been attended to.
So for these reasons it has made me more certain to not renew my membership nor recommend their gym, as it is clear that monetary gain is their priority over client health, interest and welfare.
I am sincerely and deeply disappointed by their selfish strategies and can guarantee i won't return, and will strongly advice others to consider looking elsewhere...

genesis is a wikked gym and is even cooler coz it has a pool. you definately get your moneys worth here so i recommend genesis very highly. Whether you want to get in shape for summer or just want to improve somethings about yourself..genesis is the way to go

I have been a member of Genesis Wantirna for almost a year now and the experience has been great. The equipment is in excellent condition. There are new machines. The atmosphere is quite laid back and comfortable. You do not feel embarrassed or intimidated going there.
