I haven't attended any gym since I moved house about a year ago, and frankly was reluctant to join any in the area. Then Genesis opened up a few months ago. The prices are standard for gyms, and the equipment is brand new. There is a good variety and quantity of both cardio and weights equipment and the staff are friendly and knowledgeable.

I joined this week after obtaining a free pass. the atmosphere is really nice and it doesn't make you feel at all inadequate! everything is clean and staff are helpful and friendly and supportive of the individual and their needs. Definitely check it out if you're knowledge of experience isn't very good and you've been too intimidated to go to a gym before!
