I have been going to gentle nails for many years and the previous management did not have any nice colours. The new management is great and friendly staff and always have new colours. Was a great service

Avoid this nail salon. The staff are very unprofessional with zero customer service. The quality of the products they use are rubbish and they have a slap happy careless approach to the service they give.

I have always found the ladies to be gentle, efficient and friendly!
I have never had a negative experience there!
I would highly recommend this salon.

Over charge almost double a normal nail salon would charge. Go else where.

I wouldn't recommend Gentle Nails as my pedi colour was poorly done - thin and poor quality. The worst was, my SNS manicure drop off during shower after less than a week! Usually SNS could last at least 2 weeks.. the lady who did my nails was not very friendly too, first and last for me!

Gentle nails are definitely gentle! The women working there were very highly skilled and did a magnificent job on my acrylics. As a first timer for acrylics I felt comfortable that my hands were in the right...well hands. I didn't like that some of the staff would speak to each other in another language though as this made me and my friend uncomfortable that something was being said about us. Besides this, a great experience- just remember to book as they can get quite busy.

They underquoted me quite a bit but the job they did was great, very pretty- painful getting the fake nails taken off again though! Overall very good.

Approximate cost: $120 for fake nails plus a spa pedi

Great nail shape and fantastic service. Good decor. They made sure my nails were completely dry before letting me go. Not like some other salons that leave you to make up your own mind about when they're dry. Only had a manicure, but the spa pedis looked good.

Approximate cost: $35 for refills
