Discriminate against unmasked people bad ethos for a store who is owned by someone with GAD! The fact that the company policy is outlined to discriminate against a disability is next level. I won’t support this business.

Horrible customer service! Bought an umbrella and matching chair. Waited 2 weeks for the chair only to be delivered. After contacting customer service, I was advised the umbrella was out of stock and a store credit given. I had to request a refund and was told I couldn’t return the chair! The chair is useless without the umbrella yet I’m stuck with it now. I bought in good faith and have not been treated well. Avoid this company at all costs.

Don’t pay for express postage, it won’t happen. Got burned twice with that. Clothes are average quality.

she purchased a dress on sun 23 and paid express post and was promised delivery by thu 27 for a wedding on sat 29
I rang on wed 26 and was told delivery would be thurs 27 as promised .
The item was sent from Melbourne late on wed 26 as stated in an email from Aust Post
This email was received fri 28 promising delivery on thurs 4 october a week after the intended use .
tried ringing Melbourne phone rings out ,tried many times to ring Cottesloe Message bank only and no reply
One star is too much for this outfit however i could not post with no stars
Run for your lives and go elsewhere

I am extremely disappointed with GHANDA the brand, NOT THIS STORE as I bought from a Ghanda store in Forster.
Over Christmas I bought several shirts as I liked them and they were "MADE in Torquay". Then I got home and looked at the tag on the inside which
clearly state MADE IN PRC. (Peoples Republic of CHINA!)

They might be screen printed BUT the shirts were imported. The GHANDA swing tag boldly states MADE IN Torquay!
MISLEADING AND WRONG

The hoodies and t-shirts at Ghanda are fantastic quality and all kids, including girls in the 8+ age group, really like the designs. They are made locally which is fantastic and another bonus is the more you buy, the cheaper they become!

Good quality Australian made hoodies at really good prices (I bought two for $70). The designs on their hoodies/t-shirts are really unique and cool. They also have comfy trackies there too.
