The cupcakes here are also not bad, but cannot say they are awesome. The cupcakes look pretty but taste dry at times.

I bought a Pistachio and Rosewater Cupcake and it was a hit at the party. The box was called Pistachio and Rose which had Pistachio and roes water cake and white chocolate butter cream icing. The staff were nice as well.

great to hear and always looking for new cake stores

We stumbled across this store by accident. The cupcakes look absolutely amazing, and presentation is top notch. The girls serving were very friendly and prices were okay. The only gripe was that the cupcakes themselves were quite dry (the icing was great). We bought a box of 6 different kinds and they were all like this.

Love the decor to begin with - very funky and contemporary, though some may find it a little too dark in there. Probably my favourite cupcakes in Sydney - not too sweet, probably due to the fact that their icing isn't piled sky high like The Cupcake Bakery across the road from them for example. Love the array of flavours and that different days of the week have different flavours - they have a menu at the counter showing the cupcakes available each day so you can time your visit accordingly. They come in two sizes - the mini for $2.20, which is a couple of mouthfuls worth, and the large for $3.80. My absolute favourite is the Dulce de Leche, which is covered on top by a gooey caramel for the icing. The bases of the cupcakes are also moist, which is something a lot of other places can get wrong. Staff are great - don't hurry you along when you're looking, but also very informative if you want recomendations.

Approximate cost: $3.80 for the large, $2.20 for the mini

The cupcakes are very elegantly decorated and look rather exquisite. Though I did see a couple that look too strange (I don't think I'd ever try) and I found that these are a bit too sweet for me. The service was good as the lady was patient and not pushy as I browsed through the store. They have 2 sizes: mini and normal. I think the mini was $3.80 which I don't think is good value but the large one is too much to eat considering how sweet they are. Overall, this store is good, though I much rather prefer Cupcakes on Pitt :)

Approximate cost: $3.80
