I recently was feeling down my hair hadn't been cut in a long time and I was desperate for a whole new look and needed to trust the hairdresser. I pent 2 days Googling and asking people they all had their own opinions. I chose Gina T and from the moment I arrived I was greeted with smiles and food. Fruit Toast or muffins or coffee tea she said or something cold to drink . I was amazed at the big grin and felt at ease. Gina the owner looked after me although I wasn't quite sure what I wanted she listened to my every word. WOW I walked out not only happy but stoked I'd found someone I could trust and the best thing is the price!! Amazingly affordable I was worried my purse strings were going to be empty.. All I can say is thankyou Gina for my new hair I luv luv luv it, thankyou to the awesome staff and the salon is spacious clean and upmarket. I will be back and will be a loyal customer.

I am happy to be back with Gina T after a few years away not coming and meeting new staff I have not met before. They are all lovely and hospitable and easy to chat with.

I took the advice of some mums on here and took a visit to Gina Ts hair salon. I had no choice but to bring along my 2 year old and 10 month old... When you's said they had a kids area, I didn't expect it to be an entire room! The experience was amazing I've taken one of my girls to salons before and I'm usually anxious and uncomfortable the whole time, you know what it's like when you just get the vibe kids are an inconvenience? Idk like your prams in the way, or your child on your lap is moving too much, or you need to stop to change a nappy and your taking up too much of their time, things like that? And then you walk out unhappy because you've been rushed and didn't get the final result you wanted Well not this time, my daughter was given a little gift bag, snacks, they had a highchair, there's a baby gate, movies, books, drawing and dress ups and loads more to occupy my toddler. Sorry to the Mackay locals if you already know this haha but we've just moved up and I've never known of a salon to be so kid friendly! AND the quality of their services was astounding. The time was taken to talk through my hair goals, to double check and triple check I was 100% happy with the final result and to change anything I wanted changing. I wasn't rushed out, If I had my hands full with one child, there was someone there happy to help with a smile on their face. I walked out with HAPPY KIDS and as a very HAPPY MUMMA. My husband couldn't believe I attempted a salon alone hahaha or that was actually happy with the outcome of my hair, but it really was a walk in the park

The ladies here are fantastic they always do a great job and the price is affordable This business has been here for years and years and there’s a reason-bc they’re great at what they do!

I love these guys, Stella is one amazing stylist. All the girls were so friendly, chatty and helpful. They really made me feel welcomed, comfortable and pampered - exactly what I was looking for. Thanks so much guys, will definitely be back and kicking myself for ever going elsewhere!

Its my first time today at Gina T and it was really a great service, If could rate more than 10 I would, staffs are very friendly and nice, very cosy and comfortable like you were just being treated at home, they got the colour I want and done it really well, will definitely go back again, I would definitely recommend Gina T hair and beauty for its quality service and absolutely good price
