The best approach to hair - honest, educated and careful. Who wants to hear niceties but end up with bad hair? Here you are in safe hands. Highly recommended!

Have been getting my hair cut by ken for years. Have in between gone to other places and still think Ken is best. Very careful cutting and always gives me what is best for me not just what I ask for especially if he thinks it is not good for me.

I love to come here for Japanese Hair Straightening. They're a lovely no-nonsense family business, which means they'll be honest about what they can achieve with your hair, depending on your hair type and condition. i.e. They won't sell you unneccessary products and services to make a quick buck, nor will they proceed with your requests if they think your requests will leave your hair in a poorer state. (With many hairdressers you often don't notice the damage done until you've gone home and washed your hair.) While the service is quite blunt and direct (no 5-star spa resort fauning over customers here), the results you get for the prices can't be beaten.

Good service -- they did a fantastic job of straightening my hair! Very nice people, although they sometimes go off and leave you by yourself mid-way and serve someone else: annoying. But overall a good experience, very friendly and most importantly my hair looks fab!
