Always expert professional and lovely staff..all the staff listen to what you want and you can just sit back and enjoy the experience and have confidence that you in safe hands ..I have never been disappointed.. it’s difficult to find this level of professionalism and the new salon on Davey street is amazing too very spacious and amazing decor..

Close to the worst haircut I have ever had. I tried to explain what I wanted to the hairdresser and even showed her a photo of what I wanted but ended up with a train wreck on my head. I won't be going back.

I would nt go anywhere else to get my haircut The owner Carol anne is the lovliest sweetiest person you could meet she listens to what you want and does exactly that .shes a wonderful listener and her staff go out of their way to make you feel comfortable and always with a smile
I usually only let carol anne herself do my hair but she has a new young man called Jacob working for her and last week he cut my hair and it was fabulous i ve already rebooked with him hes super sweet and an excellent hairdresser thanks again Jacob you are amazing and of course to carol anne who is always so lovely 5 stars all the way guys

Thank you Ren for putting in so much effort in getting my hair looking healthy and happy again! I cannot thank the team at Glamour X enough for the time and effort that they gave to me and my hair. Not once did they complain about how long or thick my hair was (as other hairdressers have done in the past). I will definitely be returning to this studio as my regular hair studio from now on.
