They don't deny the item is still under warranty but they just don't do about it. They keep saying please allow us a few more days but after months and nothing is done. A few weeks after they asked for a few day with no response, I would call again and they just repeat the same thing. Sometimes they say oh we have all your details here. Sometimes they say we don't have any details about your complaint. Then the next person will say don't worry we have all your details here. When they run out of excuse on the phone they pretend the line broke down and hang up. They ask me to email instead. However getting them to acknowledge they have received the email took another 6 phone call. Then they went silent again and do not reply to follow up emails. They don't seem to have a plan or a department to address warranty issues for customers.

Terrible. I ordered a car scratch remover, which was an offer with the bonus of a free car car vacuum cleaner, and they sent TWO of the vacuum cleaners. What I paid for ($89.90) was not sent. I tried emailing them, and it bounced back saying the server couldn’t deliver it; I tried live chat on their site, and it was not operating, and I tried contacting them on their webpage, and a notice sprang up saying a typhoon in the Philippines prevented a prompt response.
You’d be out of your mind to order from these people.

I paid for 2 x happy nappers in October. Sent 3 emails and so far no response. I have made 3 phone calls. The first one I got "cut off". Second phone call on 26/11 stated goods had been dispatched on 19/11 and usually takes 8/10 business days. I rang on 7/12 as still no goods received and was advised that I would get a call back on 8/12 with a tracking number and info on when to expect order. None of this has happened. Phoned again 09/12 rep insisted they were waiting on tracking number from Aus Post I requested refund, she stated this could not happen as goods had been dispatched. Requested to speak to supervisor who advised that the goods had not been dispatched as there is no stock. So all in all a really terrible customer experience, lied to all along. Have been assured I will receive a refund in 24-48 hours. Let's see if that happens.

Worst company I have ever dealt with, definitely will not deal with them again. Don't waste your time and money. Long wait for product I purchased, then found it was not suitable, returned it and they denied they had received it, luckily I had proof of receipt. My emails requesting the refund were ignored, it was only when I phoned that I finally did get the refund owing to me.

Alien Tape. Hung a low weight mirror on the wall with plenty of tape. Fell off the wall, smashed into pieces and pulled away Gyprock. Drop-shipping company, good supplied via China or elsewhere. They provide you some sort of tracking number to appear as though the item is being sent via Australia however the status on this will not change for weeks.

This business should be investigated by the Australian Consumers Commission and shut. Please Foxtel should cease to advertise these corrupt promotions as you don't get the product delivered (over 2 months since ordat and no product or refund) and will most likely never see your refund as is out case. never again !!!

had many dealings with this company and have found them obliging and fair not all their items work as demonstrated but remember Joe the Gadget man nor did his as h demonstrated (does that mean he is clever or i'm dumb) .I will leave that for you to decide maybe the latter.

Worst customer experience ever, don't waste your time or money!! Complaints too long to list, starts from bad telephone connections as call centre is based in the Philippines & the experience just gets worse when you try & follow up a non delivery.
