Gloss is one of my favourite places to shop for make up, its very affordable and most brands are the best of quality, their own line of make up brushes are at its finest. BYS is one of the main brands they sell and i own a lot of them. The store looks amazing and is always clean, the staff are amazing make up artist as well.

At gloss, the people there are really nice and friendly. The ask if you need any help straight away and if you tell them what your looking for, they can tell you other products suited to you. The quality of the products was great as well, as well as there prices.

Most of the staff are helpful but sometimes the staff let you down as they are only young kids who get an"attitude" but the accessories and make up are great and really cheap!~

Great store. My daughters and I shop here all the time for their makeup, great value, good quality products and they have some lovely gift box sets for young girls there too. Definitely value for money. very good prices.
