First contact was friendly, informative & not 'pushy' allowed me time to consider my options.
Installers arrived at designated appointment time, and knew what they were 'doing' explaining the problems I had with my solar system. They also noticed some issues with my HWS (Hot Water Service), which I was very grateful for. Again very informative and polite.

The installers arrived on time and did a very good job to place the panels in their optimum position - even relocating a whirlybird to do so. Overall, I'm very happy with the service.

The Installers were fantastic - Highest standards of workmanship. All questions answered .

We were reassured by the electrician who came out twice, once for a Site Inspection and the second time to put a device on as we had a tree shading our roof .

Gold Coast Energy were prompt and offered advice on all aspects from the products they used . I would gladly recommend them to anyone who is looking to install SOLAR .
