Jason, i appreciate your review, though it is negative.

I also apologize for being under dressed, this was because i had to fill in at late notice for my admin staff who was sick, i do not normally work at the front desk. I can assure i had been working all day helping sick people and not at Big Day Out, like you say.

I remember you clearly though; you should have told me you had been waiting "too" long, i would have rescheduled your appointment, it actually caused further disruption that you had simply left.

I also remember clearly that 4 other patients waited patiently to be seen by a doctor; and were happy to seen despite the wait because they were unwell.

I am sorry you had an unpleasant experience, in future i recommend that you communicate with staff at the clinic, as we are busy and cannot always communicate with you; and also to have some appreciation for the work that doctors do and understand that they are very very very busy; also, different patients have different needs therefore appointment book is only a guideline that we do our best to adhere to, but it is not always possible due to unexpected medical emergencies or if for example; we must triage young children ahead of scheduled appointments; or for a myriad of other reasons.

I definately wont be returning. Under NO circumstances should a person need to wait over 30+ minutes from a booked and confirmed appointment. I am making arrangements for my file to be transferred to a new doctor surgery. I understand that people have problems but I ended up in Emergency with a blood sugar of 36 over 5 times its normal level. I did make it quite clear when I called I was in need to see a Doctor urgently.

By the way the positive comments mostly come from their friends not patients.

Yes I agree, Waiting time os not acceptable and professionalism does not exist, especially with recption staff, it is all about the bottom line with these guys, only interested in money, money and money, not the patient. Dr Chetty is supposedly interested in Mental health, actually the $$$ involved maybe, and only sells vitamin IV therapy and lectures about the "BRAIN".....what a joke, if you want a laugh attend her evening lectures, where she gloats about her adult children and how much she loves them (well does all parents PLEASE) and how she has HELPED so many people......WOW a real piece of work this Lady. She attends USA to see Dr Amend (great doctor and out there theories by the way especially in ADHD) so she can pretend to be the same and on-sell mental health support as another money spinner. Do you remember you Hippocratic Oath Dr Chetty....a reminder below......
