Helpful staff who offer genuine advice. Great with the kids when we took them in to select bikes & helmets.

Bought a couple of scooters for the kids for Christmas and the staff were very helpful. However I've since found out I could get them cheaper elsewhere.

I'm afraid the Gold Cross experience is a very poor one. I purchased a bike from them a year or so ago and the bike wasn't properly assembled (in a cosmetic sense, not a dangerous sense). Their attitude and customer service was appalling. It seems the 'kids' that work there are technically capable but have NO idea of customer service. If you're looking for a place to buy a bike or get advice, go to a specialized dealer, not a shopping mall for bikes.
