I was looking for an Australian based broker for Forex / Currency trading and found the broker I needed. In particular the company offered a free Demo platform for Metatrader which I wanted. The other criteria which i was looking for was low commission (they turned out to be commission free), free data and software, free technical and broker support, 24 hour trading, very good quote rates etc. so this firm ticked all my needs. In particular the staff were helpful unlike the American firms I dealt with which felt like i was just another customer. The Metatrader platform which they provide is really great, has had little if any problems so far and data is real time and free as well. For any traders such as myself I would serious look at gomarkets if you want to trade currencies...
