This gym has been renovated and it looks great. New equipment has been provided for members, which is very up to date. Excellent value for money. Very happy here.

The positive points about this gym are that they offer affordable fee's that don't go up on you, and they offer free training programs which most big chain gym's do not. Staff are very friendly and approachable.

However, this gym needs a MAJOR renovation. Very outdated. Equipment seems to stay "out of order" for quite a while, so you can be left without a treadmill/machine on a busy night. I have found equipment to be dirty on occasions, I sometimes end up cleaning it myself. It's also very disappointing to see that the equipment does not get serviced or checked. Some belts on the treadmills are a bit bumpy, the incline doesn't work on others. In summer, the air conditioning is not up to scratch. But you do get what you pay for and all in all, it's worth it.
