I am a bit of a gym fanatic, i try and get down every morning. The staff have always been really friendly when I am working out, I would say they go above and beyond and make a concerted effort to talk with everyone. For me this is the most important part of a gym as fundamentally a gym is a gym... equipment and weights. It’s the people that make it great!

I love my gym it has a great range of classes that are offered regularly and the staff are wonderful. They have a good area for weights and exercise equipment. For me though the best thing of all about the gym is the staff in the creche they know my kids, look after them so well and are very friendly. It means i can have some healthy me time while i know my kids are happy and safe. My daughter asks to go to the creche to play.

Fantastic staff, well maintained high quality equipment, clean area.
I have been a member here for years and have never experienced a problem. Even the other members are kind and friendly.
