On signing up I received a free joining fee and a discount on fortnightly membership. I have had to put my membership on hold a few times due to an injury and complications in pregnancies. Also the time off just before and after the births of my children. So easy to do just a quick phonecall and chat with one of the staff.
I used a PT at the gym who is wonderful at helping acheive results and certainly encouraging (extra cost to PT not included in membership).
Goodlife Morningside is a smallish gym with an outdoor 2 lane lap pool, small ladies only area as well as 4 other sections for workouts. I love the pool and aqua classes on offer, certainly a plus to this gym. It is not an 'attractive' gym it's an old building and not one of the new fancy ones that appear on the website. The staff are generally very friendly. The odd moody staff member but you will get that anywhere.
The staff in the crèche are WONDERFUL and that combined with the pool is enough to keep me going back.

I joined Good Life Gyms with $0 joining fee. They provided a discount for me being a student. The gym was always clean and the trainers were always there to help you out if you needed help.
