We were so thankful for the team at Goodna veterinary Surgery. David was absolutely fantastic. He was very genuine and caring when we had to say goodbye to our beautiful cat Malibu. I couldn’t have imagined having to put her down, especially there and then with no real warning that she was so sick, but David was very understanding and supportive and made the process nice and smooth for Malibu. The staff are not knowledgeable in their care and are more concerned with providing cutesy certificates that don't really mean anything than actually provided care to the pets. They do not respond well to feedback. I could receive more insight with a Google search than speaking to these vets.

I am very impressed with how caring and pleasant and helpful they are!!!

Although reasonably priced, the practice was better managed with Dr Wayne Abbott. Who was always fair with pricing and advice. With the new practice management its evident that the staff are encouraged to charge where ever possible. For instance my dogs are both 13 and 14 with ongoing treatment for arthritis - the anti inflammatory they are usually prescribed had run out- I was told I could not purchase it over the counter - I would need to get a consultation $54 plus the cost of the medication. Just money grabbing where ever possible.

If you are new to the area or are not happy with the vet you are currently seeing I would highly recommend Wayne. We took our first dogs to Wayne in 1992 and have been going there with every pet we have owned since. He is compassionate, caring and always very helpful. He is also very reasonably priced. Do you and your pets a favour by going to Goodna Veterinary surgery you wont regret it.

Went here to get our new doggy Luckys needles. Love this vet - he was great with our last animal and amazing with this ones. Like he is the dog whisperer - the animals feel calmer around him. Only down side is the small size of waiting room - if your dog isn't a people person or not big on other animals, I suggest you come right on your appointment time.

great service friendly staff very knowledgeable vets, i have a large dog normally cost an arm and a leg to take him to the vet i find there prices very reasonably prices and there services expert

I take my kids Benji dog here and they are good with him. Always seen on time and they do a great job. The waiting room is a little small and I have to hold him close but they have done a great job rebuilding after getting hit by 2011 floods.

I've been taking my dogs to this vet for years. Now we've just got another puppy he's started going to. The vet is great. Explains everything and is very helpful. His very competitive with pricing too

This vet is amazing. He is so good with my dogs and one of the cheapest vets around the area. Can always get in when we need to. Even for an emergency they allowed me to come straight in!! He's great!
