Fantastic computer, fast and reliable service from George and Maree. the only complaint I have is with the service of fastway was unable to track my item and customer service was terrible. other than that if your looking for a computer please see these guys, I will be when I need an upgrade.

I was looking for a good value, high performing gaming pc, and came across GR-TEK's website (actually it was their gamingpcs.com.au site). My first impressions were great. It's easy to use, and full of information to help you make the right choice. I was spoilt for options in customising my rig. Once I settled on the specs, I submitted the order late Thursday night, and the machine arrived, extremely well packaged, at 7.15 am the following Tuesday.

I'm extremely impressed with the quality of the pc, the value for money, the packaging, speedy build and delivery and overall customer service from GR-TEK. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

I purchased a modified triple monitor gaming machine for FSX with mods selected so I could max out all FSX settings. The machine I received was amazing and easy to set up. I had a problem with the DVD RW drive and being able to speak directly to George without going through the normal bul....t that you get with the big name vendors meant that I had a resolution within days even though the problem was probably caused by me. I can't recommend GR TEK highly enough. If you're looking for a new machine, even if you are not after a gaming machine, do yourself a favour and give GR-TEK a go. You will not be disappointed. I am a very happy customer.

We purchased a Gaming PC from GR-TEK Computers and could fault nothing! Their Web site is second to none, all the data and information required is readily available and value for money could not be beaten by anyone we researched. The whole transaction from beginning to end was wrapped up within a week. Packaging was above and beyond. Their service and quality is highly recommended.

GR-Tek built a high-end gaming PC to my specifications. The computer was built, tested and delivered interstate in five days. Everything worked perfectly the first time and was exactly what I asked for. Their packaging was supurb, and it protected the computer wonderfully. Oh, and all that extra packaging and the interstate delivery was FREE. Email communication before and after the sale was prompt and answered all my questions. I will definitely be buying my next computer from GR-Tek.

GR-TEK's website was the first port of call; it was honest, easy to read, and made customising my new computer straightforward and fun. Prior to purchase, all of my emailed questions were answered. I ordered the computer and it arrived by courier at the end of the 3rd business day.
Whenever I telephoned, Maree or George answered.
I'm happy because I have bought a powerful computer, but more so because I found the service to be attentive, prompt, friendly. It was a hassle-free transaction.
