Grace & Vision Optometrist

Since moving to Brisbane over 12years,I haven't been to any other optometrist but to Grace and Vision. Lucy is [Redacted medical comment] very patient, her staff is very friendly and helpful.
My wife and I will not going anywhere else.

This is definitely the best Optometrist I have ever been to. Having quite a bit of eyesight issues that usually translates to extra long sessions just to have a basic eye check I have had some pretty unpleasant experiences at the Optometrists. But at Grace & Vision Optometrist they are so patient and thorough. I feel like I am really being cared for. I've never been rushed through an appointment. If needed they just allocated two or arrange for another appointment at a time best suited for me. Highly recommended!

Fantastic best eye check i have ever had I won't go anywhere else from now on. As for cost frames there was something for all budgets.

Lucy is extremely thorough and highly comprehensive with her eye checks. The most elaborate I've seen in my life! In addition, she has a great personality and easy to talk to with regards to my visual needs. I highly recommend her.

Lucy is so patient and thorough and always provides each customer with the time they need. Our family attend at Underwood and the drive is more than worth the experience and service we receive from Lucy and her staff.

Our whole family has been going to Lucy and we're very happy with her prices and service. What we've realized is the 'bargain priced' chain stores suck you into their stores with their '$99 glasses' but by the time you leave you'll end up spending more than with someone who is honest from the outset about what people actually need and want nowadays ie multicoating/thin lenses/progressive lenses/regrinding lenses into old frames etc. Think about it, the chain stores have to make their money to afford those TV ads and whole page newspaper ads!

I think Lucy does a very thorough job. To be honest however, I have found the cost of frames very expensive. This is not just Lucy, but most optometrists and have found going online and purchasing to be a far better option.

Very knowledgeable and helpful every appointment I had. Very reasonable priced frames. She had been my optometrist for years and I never have a problem.

Lucy has been doing my glasses and contacts for years. She is very aware of what young people want and will try many different options until you find the exact right brand of contact lense etc
