The ladie's at the wallsend branch are really nice and poliet.The office is always clean and tidy. The online site is easy to use and banking at the branch is always fast.
When opening an account, I found the branch workers were open and honest about fees (sucks when you get surprised).
All-in-all i'm a happy customer!
